we speak well of surface of walls or floors and not of building surface. For example, a house of 100m ² on the ground (10m x 10m) would give a surface of walls of 10 x 4 x 3.1 (height of the walls) is 124m ²

Low floor or roof terrace: From bottom to top: 10 mm plywood bottom panel, 37 cm straw fill, 9 mm OSB top panel. 45x360 laminated timber frame and Steico joist I-beam in 60x 360mm
For openings (doors, windows) it is necessary to count a fixed price of 50 € HT without chest of roller shutter and 100 € HT with chest of shutters.
